Visa E35A – Work and Holiday Visa (Australia) (1 Year)
This visa is intended for Australian nationals participating in the Work and Holiday program in Indonesia. It allows cultural exchange, limited business-related activities, and short-term stay while exploring Indonesia.

Visa Validity & Cost
- IDR 12,500,000 – Express (4–5 working days)
- IDR 12,000,000 – Regular (6–8 working days)
Permitted Activities
With this visa, you are allowed to:
- Participate in the Work and Holiday program in Indonesia
- Conduct limited business-related activities such as meetings, inspections, or market observation
- Bring eligible family members to reside in Indonesia
- Travel in and out of Indonesia during the validity period
- Engage in tourism and visit friends or family
Document Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- Personal bank statement (last 3 months) with minimum balance of USD 2,000
- Recent color photograph
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Travel itinerary
- Guarantee letter from sponsor
- Letter of support from the immigration authority in Australia
- Proof of education:
- University degree certificate; or
- Proof of active university enrollment (minimum 2 years completed)
Important Notes
- Applicable only for Australian nationals under bilateral Work and Holiday arrangements
- Activities must comply with the scope of the Work and Holiday program
- This visa is not intended for full-time employment in Indonesia
Visa Validity
- This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue
- Maximum stay of 1 year
